Corus Entertainment partnered with Troika to refresh the visual identity of W Network – Canada’s leading lifestyle and entertainment television destination for women. The new identity celebrates W’s unique relationships between the network, the audience, and the talent, resulting in a compelling entertainment brand built on the promise that W inspires to make life better.
The identity is driven by the creative concept “Reveal,” which explores the visual relationship between positive and negative space in fresh and unexpected ways, and incorporates bold and fun graphic motifs that create an illusion of depth and sculptural dimension.
We traveled to Toronto to shoot 12 show IDs, 6 talent endpages and numerous beauty shots. Here’s a peek behind the scenes…from our in-house previz shoot to the technocrane that helped us achieve the unexpected camera angles.
